She...

Was a celestial being...

Formed in constellation...

Her heart contained a cluster of stars

And at her back side stood her lover...

Heart against heart for eternity...

The stars in their heart's clusters combined

Creating the brightest of lights

Yet, she couldn't look into his eyes

With his position eternally behind

Her right arm stretched out...

Meeting the fingertips of his hand

Seemingly at the beginning of a twist...

Within a tango...

Frozen...

In the skies of time...

The stars move sluggishly within their orbits

Apparently motionless...

Yet moving...

Ever so slowly...

Within their dance...

Their heart's glow could be seen from a distance

Veiled by nebulous clouds....

As their movement in the sky...

Was slow...

It seemed...

They had no chance...

For a kiss...

Or a look into each others eyes...

But where their hearts met

There was an eternal fire

Melding the two together...

The rules of the heavens are not the same as Earth...

Sedated movements are the way of the skies...

Their dance...

Unseen...

By waking eyes...

Yet in their world...

The music... Moves them... to life
