One Wall

These four walls

remind me

who I really am

How I know

the world

just jumps

like the record player in the corner

and the springs on my bed

ok, it's really a cd player

and the springs are really secure

I had a dream that I'm

left behind

in reality I hate to lead

to dare to loose myself

beyond 4 walls

Like the image untouchable

in a mirror

Like my shadow

looming

looking down on me

from high up one wall

Like the nights

I yelled hoping to get an answer

I'm so ashamed

but I'll keep believing

That there's just me

Like the posters on one wall

Everybody using emotion

to decalre the life

Don't want to believe in mortality

One wall

is my wall

inside my life.

Author's Notes/Comments:

one wall is about being trapped in life, this material world if you seem. But its also abot the big question of life "is anybody there? Is anybody listening to me the nights i feel so alone and a mere shadow?
