"Thank you for being here though you don't even know it"

those were words from a friend

words that touched my heart

seems that while I was out doing my thing

a dear friend of mine read one of my poems

and it helped her in its on little way

I write because something deep inside makes me

I have no control over the words that take over

my fingers just move across the keys like lightening

and my thoughts are transformed into the words you see

it really makes me feel good to know

that those words can help as well as touch the reader

so Thank you Rachelle, for reading my work

you are one of the greatest women I have ever known

and to know that you could relate to something I write

well that is thanks enough for me
