Alanis in my ears,
Clinton smiling that silly ass smile on TV.
Gore looking all
dapper with that grin of a
hungry wolf....... licking lips
waiting.....
stalking.....
planning......
oh the american people might just be
a tasty meal.....
got milk??????
women with more hair on their lip than men
smiling faces on TV... they are all smiling
looking like mighty hungry wolves.....
are we..........
DINNER??????
oh my... alanis sings about pain...and resistance
and what goes around..... does it ever really come around to you....
too much going on ... too many thoughts spead my mind thin
WAKE UP!!!!!!!!!!!!
This appears to be the last
This appears to be the last poem you posted on PostPoems, and I wanted to place a comment upon it. You were one of the first Poets to impress me here, in the first days of my participation, and you are missed here.

I like this alot. I thought this was well written. Excellent. keep up the good work and if you have time..I would like to know what you think about mine
Renee, I love how you used the elipses and line breaks to make this poem read very disjointedly. It makes you feel like your brain is moving from one thought to another very quickly, not giving you enough time to fully digest each thought. Just like it would be when there's too much going on in your head. And of course you get points from me for mentioning Alanis. :)
Hi Renee Liked this one alot... the directness and straight to the point ideas.. great style. Roz
Renee, I really like this one. I like the different style and the boldness of it. got milk???? loved that..lol. Keep going and growing Michelle
The confusion is obvious & politicians definitely don't do anything to fix it. Good thing for music... Amy
Gentle is the night♥
Alright!!!! This is funny!! Love this one!!
YES,GIVE EM HELL GET IT OUT,MORE ROOM IT IS TOO MUCH GOING ON
I really like this one, Renee' Yes, we could be dinner.... some thought-provoking ideas... hmm. or better yet, as malc likes to say Oh dear. :) God love him :) Renee' this is very creative, and does make you think. Facial expressions say aloot about a person and what is going through their mind...although, I think politicians have it down to a science. It is all about who is the better performer. :) Seriously. Why do you think Ronald Reagan scored so high with his public speeches? I am sure that his acting ability had a little something to do with that. Don't get me going on politics..just ask Marty Haas. I can't shut-up LOL Great poem! Very original. Love Alanis Morrissette, too. rock on!
