In your eyes

In your eyes I see a lion

fearless,brave,intimidating

I see a boy

hopelessly confused with amazement

In your eyes I see a philosopher

whom understands the deepest

of human sorrow

In your eyes I see a teacher

with so much wisdom and knowledge

I see death in all its agony

and remorse

In your eyes i see a vision

of what is important to me

-Hope-

But ironcally in your eyes

I see the man i can never be
