his lover sees him
and all his lies.
A stranger now,
in the darkness alone
love drowning; now destroyed.
stroking away from the dark,
an ally found with support
a friend with a mutual depth
caresses him
drowning the darkness
while love brings the light.
this poem was based off my past relationship were i was left alone after telling a tale of be-trail that i had committed. but was picked up by a friend.
