The stars shine bright out tonite..

As I look out the window..

Trying to see if the world is as dark as my heart

Time moves on, but I just cant forget what you have done

You promised to always stay...

But there you go, there you walk away...



Our dreams are shattered,

We are now living on broken trust

The path of lies you fed me...

Now is packed full of dust...

How could you make me feel so special..

Then easily take that feeling away

I cant believe that you chose to pretend that you'd always stay



I walk towards the door empty handed

All except for the blood...

Crimson pouring like rain....

Tonight I will drown in my tears..

Enough tears for a flood...



You stood right in front of me..

You even looked me in the eyes

You are so damn clever...

To make me believe in all your lies

I wanted to believe that they were true

I wanted to stop feeling so blue



But I guess wishes dont always get granted

I also guess we dont always get second chances
