I spent many years

Trying to find where I belong

I searched down all the roads

That seemed to be wrong

Until I found you,

They say home is where your heart is,

but you cant call it home

If there is no love there

I spent a lot of lonely nights

With no one's care,

Until you



I put my heart on the back of a shelf

Vowed never to give it away again

Until I could learn to trust

because I didnt want to pick it up

off the dust

Until there was you,

Now I can't imagine living my life

Without a love that is so real

Giving me back my heart,

and showing me what it is like to feel

I'm so glad I found you
