You may not have been here since the beginning,
but just to let you know,
I'll love you 'till the end.
As a team,
you and I,
will tackle many obstacles,
which may lie around the bend.
I know together,
we will be an unstoppable force.
We will brave,
any and all adventures,
God has planted upon our course.
For you I write this poem,
from the bottom of my heart.
As I grow older,
I might not know the role I'm to play,
but I know without a doubt,
you will help me find my part.
As the days go by,
I know you will always be there.
you will always listen,
or give me advice which I need to hear,
and I now know,
that you only do it because you care.
