Iridescence

A flower, by any other name?

Of love.....

I heeded Linnaeus 

Searching out, the Holometabolism.

And they completely morphed,

as I watched.

I felt humbled, and awe.

Of the wonder, of nature,

and all, her beauty.

I saw ecdysis, take place.

Feeling sad, at all I'd seen.

I saw the fullness of life.

Birth, regeneration, and death.

All

In a day.
