Shedding Light

People who come out
in the nighttime
are not interested
in pleasing God.

They practice doing evil
and are addicted to
denial and illusion
and the darkness.

If their sins were
exposed, they
would run and hide
back in the shadows.

But it’s only when
You shed light on
the problem that
the solution becomes clear.

The voices outside
are of the enemy
but those within
are of the light.

It is when we listen
to our conscience
that we are led
out of the darkness.
