Another sanguinary war is not what I endorse,
But I support those who improved my ways;
Reconciliation is what I would love to enforce,
Until I do, I respect those who better my days.
We have given much credit to the male,
But this is a brand new time and age;
Let us start to honor our very own female,
As we turn the book of life to a new page.
Our servicewomen have raised the stakes
Every second and each single hour;
Women proven to have what it really takes
And still remain beautiful as of a flower.
There are singles, divorces, and wives
Who have expected better dreams,
As they quite often sacrifice their lives
For a nation of bright color schemes.
Our servicewomen are very strong,
Fighting for the civil rights of you and I;
Women who fought for very long,
That I must give my shoulders for a cry.
Someone's mother is out there alone
With an entire country on her side,
So she can see how much one's grown;
Because she was true when many lied
Our servicewomen,
I give respect where it is due;
Our servicewomen,
I must now at least say thank you.
