Needless to say,
I've never expected to hurt you;
I was just being a fool that day,
Changing time is one thing I'd like to do,
But I believe that somethings
Are not meant to be uncertain;
As for those that contradict or as it seems,
Those are ones which leave someone hurting.

For what it is worth,
You can believe that I'm sorry so much;
I don't know what on earth
Led me to lose my touch
And to cause you pain and grief,
But I must say that I apologize
And I'm a complete gentleman beneath.

To be earnestly stern,
Melissa, I'm sorry for making you upset
And I have much more to learn;
Your forgiveness is nothing I need to neglect;
I'm willing to portray myself for who I am;
If you provide me with the chance,
Then I would be as docile as an Arabic lamb;
I long not for another expanse.

With these endearing words,
I apologize to you;
Silly of me, to not worry who hurts
From the things I say and often do;
I'm sorry this time, that you can believe;
And I mean it with my heart;
Please make it, turn over new leaf,
I'm perfecting in effort with a fresh start.
