It’s always great to find a good Vietnamese eatery.  There is something incredibly soothing and comforting about indulging in a good bowl of pho.  It can be Pho Ga or Pho Bo.  You can casually sip on tea while waiting for the meal.  The tea can be hit or miss in terms of quality but it tends to sooth the mind.

Try to eat the noodles with chopsticks and carefully cull out the various ingredients.  It’s a flavorful delight and it’s okay when you get half the broth on your shirt.  You get the spoon to savor the spicy broth.  Gleefully adding siracha to the mix to singe a very expecting tongue.  Garlic chili sauce blending seamlessly with the chicken, leeks and noodles and broth.  Full and happy, the rest of the evening will be a delight.
