It is quite amazing to note
It is quite amazing to note that everywhere we go construction is going on, despite the current financial or political state at any given time. Perhaps the more concrete is laid the more stable we feel that our future will be. Or perhaps not.

We have had a bifurcated
We have had a bifurcated economy for a couple decades now. There are always people profiting or doing well even when the economy struggles or is in the dumps. There's also going to be a lot of people struggling and falling thru the cracks even when the economy is booming.
