getting extra

in my kamikaze shot

I take it back

and notify the bartender

that I was given too much

I mean, one must be honest,

at least that’s what

I’ve always been told

but I am waved off

and I realize thatit was done

intentionally and I am being given

an extra half a shot per shot

I suspect she’s trying to get me drunk

so she can take advantage of me

that’s all I can think of

although granted

my experience in these matters

is somewhat limited

but getting extra

of a potent drink like this

must surely be a sign

that I’m supposed

to get rather intoxicated

I just hope her expectations

aren’t too high

otherwise I’m almost certain

to let her down
