after the blizzard

a touch of the flu
and unbelievable levels

of phlegm building up

yeah, this is

a great way

to spend an evening

trying to spit out

some mucous

sticking to your throat

don’t know what I did

to deserve this

 just know that

it’s not a nice thing

to endure

either on paper

or on computer

it’s not a very pretty sight

to behold
