At the traintracks

I was smokin’ some

excellent reefer and listenin’

to Zeppelin battle

the passing trains

As I was smokin’

my joint someone says,

“Can I have a toke, man?”

I ain’t seen who 

it was but he

shoulda said “Please.”

With half a joint left

I handed it over to him

and watched in horror

as he bogarted my joint

in a single toke.
