Dont have the words to describe the feeling of emptiness yet always full

Dont know how to describe how i feel at this moment in time

I feel alone yet im in a room full of people

I want to scream and cry

I want to laugh and smile

Im going crazy

I dont know how to just be

I dont know how to let this out

Alone and empty

Yet full and crowded

Im going crazy

I dont know up from down anymore
