She’s a lovely young lady but far too young for me.  We talk a lot and I try to be a friend.  I see her with a boyfriend that’s an asshole and just shake my head.  A young artist friend of mine is smitten with her but too shy to approach.  It reminds me of myself as a young man.  I think they would be perfect together and wonder if I could help them out.  I would love to play Cyrano de Berzerac for them but I’m an old man.  I’m 53 years old and never wed.  I’m just not very good at these things.
