Michael,
You were a P.Y.T.
Who lived DANGEROUSly
You moved so SMOOTH
It was CRIMINAL.
You are Someone who touched my Life since I can remember?
I heard, danced and sung along with your Music.
As Young as I was I know you were great!
I do believe that was the reason for all the hate.
I know your gone...I seen the gold casket and I know that it's true,
but for some reason I JUST CAN'T STOP LOVING YOU.
I know your life was not easy and often you dealt with hurt and pain;
I know when you felt defeated you just sat down and wrote: BEAT IT!
but I always admired the Man through his Music!
And that's what you were to me.
My Music Man and I will always be a Fan.
Thank You for Your GLOVE cause with it you spread So Much LOVE!
Thank You for your Lyrics, because not only did you talk the talk,
You introduced us to your MOONWALK!
You were a Man of a lot of successful achievements, to which you rightfully deserved.
You worked hard to ENTERTAIN us!
And an ENTERTAINER you will Always Be!
I Believe now that you are Free!
Thank You! MAN IN THE MIRROR, for Teaching Us through Your Lyrics.
How to deal with, racism, hate and ignorance.
You did it with such Grace and Excellence!
At your best you were a Man of Love, unselfishness, talent and intelligence.
You will always be remembered, missed, and thought of!
I am honored to be a part of your timeline.
May you Rest In Peace!
Until we meet on the other side.
I wrote this poem shortly
I wrote this poem shortly after his death. I was on a road trip to Oregon. This is the month he passed so I wanted to share it! R.I.P Michael Jackson. (the king of pop) I remember going to see his star in hollywood he had so many flowers, letters & pictures around it. I left him a candle and I attached my poem. I will never forget that moment!
