Ungrateful Man.

Folder:
Nature/Pagan

Ripples in the stream become a tidal wave

All is pulled asunder.

The goddess screams in her torment

Can you not hear the thunder?

Tears shower from the heavens

Swamping all the land

Fire sprouts from lava pits

The green grass turns to sand.

How long did they think it would last

Polluting the goddess so?

The world is but a wasteland

Death is all it now knows.

Then, the sun greets the earth

And light is shed on her skin

Trees pullulate, animals roam

Gone all ungrateful Man
