I'm here, does anyone see me
I'm listening, will no one speak
I'm calling, won't someone answer
I'm waiting for the rain

A silent plea rings out
Though the bell is broken
No one stops to listen
To the whispering wind
A heart is breaking
Out in the open
But there is nobody around
To care to mend

I'm waiting for the rain
When will it start falling
I can't sit and watch
The stars pass me by
All I need is a friend
Someone to find me
I'm just waiting for the rain

I'm alone, will anyone join me
I'm lost, can't someone find me
I'm dying, can anyone save me
I can't wait for the rain

I'm gone...
