What am I?

I am lost.
I don’t know where I am.
Where I will be.
Where I was.

I am lost in a sea.
A sea of unrest.
Because everyone pushes you and pushes you,
Until you are what they want best.

How do I fight this.
How do I defend myself.
From this inevitability of human nature.
