A month ago I could have told you,
"I saw the most beautiful girl today,"
And jealous, you would have replied, "Meh. Who was that?"
And I would have responded, "You."
But now when I look up and see you through the window,
I can only hang my head and play guitar;
To pretend I never saw you as inside I gently weep;
To think how far we've fallen..
