God, where are you when I need you?

you always said you would be here to see me through

God, are you listenting, did you hear my prayer?

you always promised me you would be there

so where are you now, I have to know

you said you'd hold me and never let me go

but I am feeling as alone as a ship lost at sea

I just want to live knowing you are looking for me
