you have changed my life in so many ways

you have made me feel loved every single day

you have always been there when I needed you

and how much you care shows in all that you do

you have taught me

about the kind of person I'd like to be

when everyone else turned their back

I never even ever had to ask

you take my hand and help me up

you give me strength through your love

you are the best friend I could ever ask for

you go beyond and always give me that much more

I couldn't ask for a better friend

you have been there for me time and time again

and I hope somday I can be

as good of a friend as you have been to me
