you don't have to remember me

I will be your help

but you don't owe me anything

I will be there to lend an ear

but you do not need to listen to me

I will give you a shoulder to cry on

but you do not need to hold me when I cry

I will always be there when you need me

but you do not have to remember my name

I will be a friend to you

but you do not have to be a friend to me

I will always give all of me to help

and I will remain a ghost all by myself
