I could stand on the highest mountain, swim in the deepest sea
fall from the highest tower and his love would still rescue me
I could drowned in the deepest ocean, burn in the hottest fire
I could freeze in the coldest place, his love would not expire
I could be locked away deep underground, unable to breathe
and he would give me air and take each breath for me
I could be isolated from the world and lonely losing reality
and he will come save me before I reach insanity
chorus
they can't take my God away
he will be with me everyday
I will never walk alone again
I will never be without a friend
I will never be afraid or fear
for he will always be near
no matter what they do
no matter what they say
they can't take my God away
I could stand in a crowded room and whisper his name
and he will hear me loud and clear just the same
I could feel the deepest feelings and he'd understand
I could be far away and he'll still reach his hand
the world could try to change me but I won't back down
I will still hear the words of God clear and loud
and the world can't take away my faith in him
because God will pull me away from sin
chorus
I will stand for what I believe in
I won't back down no matter what
the world can do what they wish
but they can't defeat love
cause God is with me
each and every day
I have my faith
and they can't take that away
chorus
this is really wonderful!!!
the rhyming is not at all bland but the verses all well complement each other. i really enjoyed and loved the theme of the whole poem as well as the simple yet wonderful way that it has been written!
our DaddyGod transcends all(= and nothing can ever, ever seperate His love from us, His hands from holding and cushioning our fall and He will guide us with His own eyes! thank you for reminding me (=
In His Love Always,

I agree He is always there no matter what, we just need to remember and acknowledge that more often...Seems like most people nowadays just pray when they are desperate or need something and forget to thank Him everyday for all He does....Nobody can take Him away...Thank God...Pam
