G u g u l e t h u K i l l e d a song for Amy Biehl

Amy I heard your story today
I saw you on my color t.v.
so beautiful, so beautiful and so
free

took up a cause you believed in (freedom) (freedom)
your heart, did everything that you could do... (oh)
now look at you (no don't look)

they've taken you away
there's nothing anyone can say to bring you back again (don't look, don't look)
I wish it could have been me instead of you
so beautiful brave (free, free, freedom)

Amy, they put your story on t.v.
I bet it got good ratings
but then that wasn't a factor, I'm sure.
right?

Took up a cause you so believed in Freedom - Freedom for a people not your own
(people? all people, their people, our people, her people, your people, my people.....)
Your heart, did everything, now look at you........ (don't look, don't,
don't....)

Author's Notes/Comments:

Amy was a college student working in South Africa for freedom.. she was beaten to death by a mob of the very people she was working to free.
