from my ears to my elbows
right down to my feet
sitting here feeling
something like defeat
something like depression, exhaustion, and pain
looking out the window seeing nothing but rain
baby let me ride with you tonight
lets speed to a place where no one can see
where no one can judge us, we can be free
cause with you I discover a brighter side of me
