A man thinks to himself as he stares down at a knife.

What good am I? What have I done that's right?

Nothing has stopped me as I've walked out of the light.

Nobody cares, so I'm giving up on life tonight.

because I just can't take anymore.

I'm giving up

because I've fallen down to the floor,

and I can't get up can't you see?

I am giving up on me...



A girl walks into church to take one last shot at life.

Why am I here? Do I even have he right?

Something is helping me as I walk back into the light,

but nobody cares that I'm giving up on life tonight...



I'm giving up

because I just can't fake it anymore.

I'm giving up

because I've crashed down to the floor,

and I can't get up can't you see?

So I am giving up on me...



And then they realized that someone's here tonight.

Looking up they see a man hanging there in the light,

and he says follow me I am the way, the truth, and the life.

I'm here, and I'm giving up my life tonight.
