Sacrifice is what you did

for this undeserving servant of old.

I am a servant of men,

but I offer myself to you in soul.



I sing this song of sadness

for those of my kin.

In prayer i sing to you

because it's you my faith is in.



Please rain fire on my enemies, oh Lord

as they lay harm to me.

Please put a stop to them, Lord

even if the sacrifice has to be me.

I'm in tears as I pray to you

because daily my family suffers,

but all the day I pray to you

so that in hard times I can be tougher.



Please spare my family of this though Lord

because I love them, and they love you.

Through my body let them see

the faith my mother taught me.
