As I see this world today.
I sit back, and look at how things are.
I see it's wrong in so many ways.
Everyone's worried about life, money, and cars.
Is there nothing I can do to stop this?
This madness that we call life...
Oh what can I do to help with
the things that make me ask why...
I can stand...
Stand up and glorify!!!
I see the face of God,
so I will look him in the eyes!
Get up...
Get up and face Him now!!!
See the way his Son
lived for us and died!!!
Glorify!
Every single night
when I lay my head down to sleep.
I have faith that the Lord is right,
and that he watches over you and me!!!
So stand!!!
Stand up and glorify!!!
Look at the face of God,
and see what's in His eyes!!!
Get up!!!
Get up, and look at him now!!!
See the way his Son
died for us now!!!
Glorify!!!
Lord I see what you're saying now,
and I see it with my eyes.
On that day I asked you how
you could die for us and why.
Now I see that you've shown me
a path to walk on that you're on too,
because now my mission will be
only to glorify you!!!!!
So I stand!!!
I stand up to glorify you!!!
I see the face of God,
and I wanna show everyone else too!!!
I get up!!!
I get up and look at you now!!!
I see just why your Son
is the one to whom I will bow.
Kneeling at his throne
on the day of reckoning!!!
I'm waiting here at home
until he beckons me!!!
