Night and Day: A Hero's Requiem
Day and Night, Night and Day,
What troubles shall lie in My way?
When you send them, Ill beat them out,
and then let out a loud shout.
You chose to give Me life.
You gave Me a path.
In this, you sent Me on My way,
but I shall not find it today.
It may be hard, it will be tough,
it may even be a little rough.
But in the end I will stand strong,
following this path in a journey life long.
Day and Night, Night and Day,
I will over come the entire way.
