ive been sick 4-2 damn long!
(16 daze) With this bronchial condition!
ive been beggin' 4 this coff 2B gone!
mussel pane, an incessant my grain,
sputum expectorated, yello-brown phlegm,
tusslin' N vein with a fog N my brain,
went to the Dr. on a desperate whim...
it wasnt Corona, it wasnt the Flew,
just a superinfection i couldn't quite shake...
i took OVERTHECOUNTERS! but they wouldnt dew
& the cold-chills and spasms kept me all-nite awake!

Get well brother, that's no ride in the park. Had something similar for years getting fevers in the afternoon, congestion and irritable throat tract, epipharyngitis it was. No fun. Prayers and thoughts of well being your way.

I haven't been sick like this since getting Covid a few years back. I'm glad to be feeling much better today and finally back to work, but I'm still a wee bit under the weather! Fortunately, this should be near it's end.
