hide me away from titanium rains

henceforth on the edge of impediment,

teetering on the breadth of collapse

where the latch is clasped and cracking thin;

caress me, will you? for the argon is empty,

leaving bubbling slags of inclusion behind,

and the concrete is stained with flecks

of chipped, centuries-old, ashen-grey paint...

Are you a welder? My father

Are you a welder? My father is even at nearly 80 years old! Evocative of the concrete jungle. I used to hammer the stage off the welds... when I was quite young and after on school holidays. Good times.

I do weld, but I'm no Welder. I work with welders. And well, I do all right, but not like those guys. Real master-craftsmen.
