You said you loved me.

So why did you betray me.

Was it cuz you were in the heat of the moment.

You would give anything to erase that moment.

I tried to make sense of it all.

Tried to act as if it didn't happen at all.

Why do you always act as if we're still together.

Now I fall into a void that goes on forever.

The sky pours down acidic questions.

But all I need is one answer; and suggestions.

All I ever wanted was for you to be truthful.

You knew my friends were always doubtful.

I wanted to work things out, but I never had a chance.

It feels as though someone has periced my heart with a lance.

You said we would work things out.

But you only wanted a way out.

I stare into your eyes.

But all I see the lies.

I wanted you to be near.

But now youur love I fear.

I thought that you were the one.

But now our love is done.
