Classic Death Metal

Wake up to the sun but wasn't there,

Tried to pass the time but I can't sleep,

Restless with lack of sleep and no fare,

Walking through the alley, found two men in a heap.

Rolled them over to find their faces grounded,

Knee caps ripped out, blood soaken cement,

Rats chewing at their throats, slowly eating through the veins

Blood flowing soothingly, like a river of calm.

Watch as they are slowly consumed,

When my head is bashed in,

Spinning, Swirling, Bleeding,

I vomit on the victim's face before me.

As I grew conscience again, and noticed the chains,

A figure steps out near me,

Holding a razor blade and limes,

And on her table, a saw and nail-gun.

As she cuts up my eye lids,

Making them flaps of raw flesh,

She saws at my stomach slowly,

While nailing my limbs to the wall.

Pushing, cutting, rubbing, pain,

My guts touch the floor, soaked in lime,

My balls, pinned together with a nail, piercing,

Connecting them as cum and blood mix.

Me legs are slowly cut, the pain is hard,

As my artery gushes, and soaks her in blood,

Another headline for CNN,

Another serial killer takes a life.

yep.... captured clearly the 90s death metal in this... guess you could call it 'classic' like you said... Cannibal Corpse, Six Feet Under, Suffocation... and so many more of those gore grinders.
