Terrorism is art
Art is wage freedom
Grenades in our Christmas gloves
Assassination for my true love
Kerosene perfume rages in
Primetime sin and vitamins
Soundbite and afterglow
Atrocities for breakfast snow
The smell of sad flesh
Little boys with Uzis mesh
Have another martini, my dear
And ignore our melting ozone layer
Catatonic synapse eynergy
Thermonuclear energy
Genetic war in a petri bowl
A blind man watching TV flow
Terrorism is art
Art is mind screaming
Paychecks in our guilty pockets
Generals launch bottle rockets
Find a pain deep within
And put it on the map again
VCR love letter hell
Adore that dayglow smell
The poor man's tabernacle choir
Harmony of screams flash fire
Hide in winecellar bunker
Relish the wartime hunger
Catatonic synapse entropy
Thermonuclear sympathy
Genetic war in Wall Street gutters
Blind TV watcher's heart flutters
Terrorism is art
Art is grave robbing
Books to burn before people
Capitalism church steeple
Smell it smell it smell the loss
Bound together with dental floss
On hand slaps a cheek here
The other wipes a bitter tear
Statistics melt the grief away
The two point four children pray
In a three car garage filled
With every heartache ever billed
Catatonic synapse sweet tea
Thermonuclear anarchy
Genetic war in a swimming pool
The blind TV is nobodies fool
i've read quite a few of the works you have on here. very nice, man. i love the word usage and placement; refreshing and unique. great imagery, as well. every poem i've read of yours thus far has been very enjoyable.
the only overall suggestion that i can offer is to use punctuation. i've found that it works like a bass line to a song. fades just out of obvious range into the peripheral, but it steadies the piece out; gives it rhythm and flow.
welcome to the espresso house, man. i look forward to reading many more pieces by you in the future.
