The journey continues,
There's no looking back,
All quarrels, tiffs, rues,
Are sifted in my stack.

Venus and the moon,
Jupiter and the Plough,
With Mars and Saturn,
Move to make room:

The heart is well lit,
With the Light of God,
The mind -- well focused,
On the mystical holy writ.

This world is ending,
And ending very soon,
The earth is overheating,
As doom lurks in hiding.

God guides me constantly,
And silence is my wisdom,
For, the vain can't dive deep,
His Being they can't fathom.

I love my own kind,
And my heart prays for their
Salvation, and Paradise,
Seeing them lag far behind...

The sky is a philosopher,
And weeps quietly at night,
Wishing that the last hour,
Postpones its due rite.

O my heart, there's still more,
Spread out beyond here --
This earthly dome and the seas --
And beyond -- is the grand shore.

Where Eden and Firdous*
Wait with open gates,
For God-conscious pilgrims,
As the angels sing: "Welcome!".
