Days of deceptions
Come with days of festivals.
Like an electrical storm
When least expected
Actions and reactions?
A theorist like Newton
May spend his lifetime
To prove it is so
And his faithful dog Diamond
May wreck everything
By tipping over a candle
On those volumes of ideas
While Sir Isaac just stepped out
For a breath of fresh air
To re-energize himself.
Action and reaction?
Ha-ha-ha!
William Harvey or Edward Jenner
Of even the French Louis Pasteur
Would adopt different methods
While wrangling to prove right
What they think is right.
Action and reaction?
Well, how about this equation:
I love somebody with all my heart
Mind, and my whole being.
My love is beyond bounds
And the measurements of scientists
Beyond imagination
Of even the best psychiatrists.
And then when I expect nothing
In return for my fond feelings
And ethereal adoration
Lavishing it day and night
I am hit and struck down
By the lightning of deception:
Action and reaction?
Ha-ha-ha!
Rumble in your ghostly forms
You weird minds that were once
Not even aware
Of what you were theorizing
Would be really right or wrong.
What is gravitation?
What is attraction?
What is cohesion?
And what is fusion?
Does not matter much
To the man or woman toiling
Just for his loved one.
Stupidities confound us
Self-defined by those
Sitting and pondering
On creation and destruction.
Everything that is taught
In the textbooks and journals
Is nothing but
Planned mesmerism
Of the uninitiated
People seeking something
Described as learning
Knowledge --Revealing!
Ask anyone who has loved
And has got only hate in return
I would have dared even Newton:
Action and reaction?
Gravitation and attraction?
Ha-ha-ha!!!!!!!!!!! -- Misconceptions!
