NOTHING IS NEAR OR DEAR
Sky and its stellar objects,
along with the unseen vastness,
earth and its many facets,
strech far in the mind's recesses.
Worldly people cannot fathom,
even what is closest to them,
fragile bonds like a cauldron,
are deceptions causing mayhem.
"Fie on it"! So said Shakespear,
via the mouths of Hamlet,
yes, even I say without fear,
fie on it! Nothing's near or dear...
