A CALL TO ALL THINKERS
Complaints and questions
Fears and apprehensions
And true love replaced
By unbridled passion.
Sham has become
"Poetry" and "Music"
As Invectives keep rhyming
In bad compositions.
Words that were once nice
Like "gay" and "exotic"
Are now used to describe
Sinful dispositions.
That's why earthquakes
And sea storms -- like demons
Are wiping out the so-called
Most advanced nations.
Godlessness rampant
Virtues redundant
And evil glorified
In thoughts and in actions.
Sadly I stand
And pray for all those
Who are unmindful
Of God's admonitions.
This planet is zooming
Towards its destruction
As satan watches gladly
Mankind's extinction.
It gets even sadder
As I pause to ask myself
Whether even good people
Will face retribution.
Then an inner voice tells me
That God is not unjust
He has always made good
Inherit dominions.
For the good and the bad
Are sifted out wisely
Through God's wisdom
Against evil ambitions.
A look at the cosmos
Will bear out this truth
As goodness shines brightly
In the highest dimensions.
And evil remains sucked up
Inside lurking blackholes
And falsehood blighted
In the smog of damnation.
I am not a prophet
Nor am I a wizard
Yet I see the doomsday
On the planet's horizon.
Perhaps some may agree
With my premonition
And converge to battle
Lucifer's legions.
Look at Fukushima
The disaster-struck region
Of the Rising Sun's Land*
In the throes of plutonium
Deserves contemplation.
Fellow-thinkers, worldwide,
Use your pen wisely
To sow seeds of goodness
And fulfil the Christ's vision.
