A RESPONSE TO OMAR KHAYYAM

Omar Khayyam:



There was a door to which I found no key,

There was a veil past which I could not see,

Some talk awhile of me and thee there seemed,

And then, no more of me and thee.



Response:



There are many doors, locked, all around,

Many to which no key has been found,

I thought I could say: "Open Sesame",

But my voice has been stifled and so too my sound.

Author's Notes/Comments: 

Omar Khayyam was a Persian poet and astronomer who lived 10 centuries ago. He is famous for his quatrains specially those translated by F. Scott Fitzgerald as "The Rubaiyat of Omar Khayyam."

A Realization
I use to believe to the earth I am uniquely bound
until spiritually I realized I am so not of this said ground
for as the world through me I further and further streamed
my soul stood more firmly glowing lighter to be better unbound
you know who!..........so why type it?
