I ask myself,

everyday,

what is love? 

for despite what people

may believe

love is noteternal

nor everlasting

nor infinite

love is not unconditional

nor powerful

nor pure

at least,

it is not always so.

 

But from what I

have seen of love

I know one thing

for sure.

Love is universal.  

 

Author's Notes/Comments: 

I dI believe that most people feel love at one point in their life and everyone knows of love therefore it is universal. It comes in many forms. And though I may imply love is not forever I know that sometimes it can be just as it can be powerful or beautiful but one thing it will be, without fail, is universal.
