My uncrowned prince,
pronounced to me
that I should become
the queen of his kingdom.
Unsure of why,
I slip away
into a peaceful palace.
Just for a moment,
we stand on the terrace.
He whispers
those words
I've seen
I've read.
His eyes search mine,
and I shy away.
A prince with
me as a queen
would advance him to king.
But I am not of royalty.
If I were,
then there on his terrace
would we embrace.
Stand over the lands of ours.
To be his queen,
is a sin, forbidden.
Still I dream of sands
unknown to me.
thanks... its really a great emotional but might be possible dream... if the words get true meanings in true way, true intention.. you can be what you expressed in this poem... love this much sweet meaningful poem... its giving me inspiration to write a poem now and will sure...
