Bittersweet

I watched you learn, I watched you grow,

Into a loving person, that I may never know,

I love your smile, I loved you giggles,

I loved to watch you squirm, and wiggle,

Forgive me for what I had to do,

I'll always regret losing you,

How much it hurts, you'll never know,

I'm sorry that I had to go,

My memory's are short but sweet,

Your tiny hands, and tiny feet,

The way your laugh brightened my day,

And made all my troubles, just fade away,

I wonder if you'd know my face?

Remember all our sweet embrace,

I'm sorry it's only a memory,

But that's the way it has to be,

Remember our song, it made you happy,

When you were cranky, just before your nappy,

You'll always be here in my heart,

Until we met again, and are no longer apart,

I'm always here, till the day you die,

I'm trying so hard not to cry,

To my baby sister, from her big brother,

I'll always love you, like no other...

That's sad. I couldn't imagine being away from my big brother as a small child. The bond we shared was truly unique until the day he died. I hope you will enter her life again for nothing is more special than a brother sister bond.
