I love him so much I want to hold him tight.
and let him know that this feels so right.
So much in love we are,
even though there are miles
between his house and mine
Our hearts are so much entwine.
In the days ahead
I hope to become one...
time and love will make it happen.
I know we are meant to be,
everyday we get closer to each other.
My heart he holds foreover,
I love him so very much.
I will hold him in my heart
always and forever.

You really love this person, and though it's a simple poem it shows the person exactly how you feel. the last line is the best but in the third line of stanza four, there is a spelling mistake of forever. Just thought you might want to fix it, if you didn't see it already.
