He said to me "I want to apologize for all the harm I caused you in the past because I know that it was damaging. I want things to be like they used to be."
And I said "Darling I wouldn't return to the past, as much as I want to. I know that you'd just leave me again to bite the dust and you'd suck me into your spider web of lies."
Not this time.
You are a bad habit that's in my book of reminiscing.
That book has a three inch layer of dust on it and I don't ever plan on disturbing it.
Perfect.
:/ i know how you feel... Its good just to let the dust remain undisturbed. I really liked this poem.. thnx
